Who are the Directors?
The Directors, Carol Modes & Susie Blau are the founders and creators of Extraordinary Kids, Ltd. Together they bring a unique blend of educational expertise to administer and teach this kindergarten enrichment program. The curriculum and materials have been personally created and developed by the Directors. Additionally, they personally select and train a staff of highly qualified teachers.
As parents who live in the community, they both have a personal commitment to providing a high quality educational program.

Carol Modes
?Carol is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Life Coach and Spiritual Director who works with women who want to change their lives for good. She is also the mother of two children and understands the challenges of parenting, balancing one's life and living on the North Shore of Chicago. Professional training includes:?

Susie Blau
Susie Blau has a Master of Arts degree in behavioral psychology from Drake University, Des Moines, lowa. She has been a consultant to families, teachers and schools for over 15 years. She is currently on the Deerfield High School P.T.O. board.
