Registration procedures for Deerfield and Northbrook
|
1. |
To register for the DEERFIELD & NORTHBROOK LOCATIONS
call Extraordinary Kids at 847-945-7632 to make a preliminary class reservation by phone. Registration for Deerfield
begins Tuesday, June 15th. Registration for Northbrook
begins Wednesday, June 16th. |

We will begin taking phone calls no earlier than 9:00 AM.
You may register your child and 1 friend. |
3. |
When you receive your registration packet, complete the enrollment form, enclose your payment in full and mail back within 14 days of your initial telephone reservation. If we do not receive your registration fee within 14 days, or you have not contacted us, your space will be released. |

A signed waiver and release form will be required for participation in our program. |
