Registration procedures for Deerfield and Northbrook
|
1. |
Current students at these locations may register by phone, or in person, Monday through Thursday, November 14-17. Please sign your original registration form located in your child’s class. Send payment in full within 14 days of registration or your reserved space will be released (or contact us). Mail your payment to: Extraordinary Kids, Ltd., P.O. Box 7006, Deerfield, IL 60015 |

New students may begin registration on Friday, November 18th by a preliminary phone call and space reservation
(Deerfield and Northbrook locations only). We will begin taking phone calls no earlier than 8:30 a.m. A complete registration packet will be sent by return mail. Call 847-945-7632. |

When you receive your registration packet, complete the enrollment form, enclose your payment in full and mail back within 14 days of your initial telephone reservation. If we do not receive your registration fee within 14 days, and you have not contacted us, your space will be released. |
4. |
Payment Options Payment in full is due on Friday, Dec. 2nd. If you need/want to make payments, $300 is due on Dec. 2nd and the remainder is due on Monday, Jan. 30th. Please note: Your child will not be allowed to participate in Extraordinary Kids if payment in full is not received by Jan. 30th, (unless you have made other arrangements with us) and you will not receive a refund of monies already paid in. |

A signed waiver and release form will be required for participation in our program. |
